Chymera - Dreamrunner(Funk D'Void Remix)[Outpost]

Lars Sandberg aka Funk D'Void needs no introduction when it comes to quality electronic music. Being supported by artists like Nick Warren, Danny Howells, Hernan Cattaneo and Nic Fanciulli to name a few, he has earned himself a big name and lots of respect for the sound he pushes and the tracks he dishes out. I heard this track on The SF Show - Episode 14 with Praveen Achary in the mix, killer tunes in there, make sure you give it a listen. Coming back to the track, heart-warming progressive goodness on this one, very deep and most definitely one of the best buildups in techno history. Part of Chymera's Dreamrunner EP which also features the original mix.

Guy J - Easy As Can Be[Bedrock]

One of the first artists to bridge the gap between minimal and progressive styles of electronic music, giving us massive tunes Lunar, Geko, Lamur and countless others along with ace remixes, Guy J from Israel doesn't fail to deliver with this simple yet very effective winter warmer, released on John Digweed's Bedrock imprint. Expect a sea of ambient textures over a calm bassline, with his trademark effect on the synth playing along. Fergie - A Song For Alice[Excentric Muzik]

No this isn't Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas. It's Robert Ferguson aka Fergie, whose released massive dance floor bombs 'Anon', 'Slazenger' and worked on remixes with artists like Umek and King Unique.

It's all about Dub Techno these days isn't it. Fergie takes a dub-influenced progressive melodic journey on this one. This track is a part of the Dynamite and Laserbeams EP, release 25th of last month, on Excentric Muzik. Wicked stuff !
